More than a conventional DMX512-to-Ethernet interface, the NEXUS series provides a practical solution for unusual and demanding show configurations. Available in both 1-port and 5-port versions, it converts Art-Net, ShowNet and sACN received via Ethernet into DMX512-A and RDM signals. The unit can also serve as a backup switch for several lighting controllers, making it a valuable part of a professional show system. Configuration of the NEXUS range is carried out using NEXLAN software. In addition to setup, NEXLAN can function as a system monitor and allows lighting fixtures to be controlled and tested. RDM support enables discovery and configuration of RDM devices within the lighting rig. The software is available as a free download for Windows and Mac OS. NXST and NXSR are 5-port DMX512-A/RDM-to-Ethernet converters with support for Art-Net, ShowNet and sACN. They can also operate as a backup switch for multiple lighting controllers.
