As the distance between a mixer and amplifiers grows, the cable introduces a high-capacitance load that can be difficult for many mixers to drive effectively. By compensating for this effect, the LD4 helps remove standing waves and other signal impurities, ensuring clean, high-quality audio transmission regardless of cable length.
