Description

The ESP4000 is a four-channel, ultra-high-definition power amplifier designed for rack mounting. It is optimised for use with ESD loudspeakers while also being suitable for other passive speaker systems. For enhanced protection, each electronic circuit board is mounted on its own aluminium heatsink before being installed in a separate, internally sealed chassis. As a result, only the heatsink fins are exposed. Two independent power supplies provide greater operational reliability and maintain continuous full-power delivery. Airflow is generated by two shock-mounted fans, which cool the fins without directing air onto the electronic components. This design helps reduce maintenance requirements while extending component life and improving overall reliability. The amplifier is built into a professional, road-rugged 4U steel housing. Aluminium handles and evenly distributed weight make the unit practical for mobile and touring applications.
