The EX15 expands the successful EX loudspeaker series with a three-way configuration. Its distinctive coaxial 15-inch transducer combines with a 1.75-inch nitride titanium compression driver, handling the low and high frequency ranges. Unlike many coaxial systems that attempt to reproduce the entire spectrum with one driver, this design assigns the crucial midrange to a dedicated horn-loaded 6-inch neodymium speaker. As a result, the 15-inch driver can focus on producing deep, precise bass instead of reproducing mid frequencies beyond its natural operating range. This arrangement contributes to fast response, strong dynamics and an accurate musical presentation. With 1000 W of dedicated tri-amplified electronics, the system delivers exceptionally natural, genuinely full-range sound from a compact yet powerful enclosure, outperforming many loudspeakers of twice its size.
