The refurbishment is carried out exclusively with original spare parts from the manufacturer. We completely dispense with so-called “aftermarket” components, which can differ significantly from the original construction and result. This enables the chassis to reach a condition that is hardly distinguishable from a like-new product. When sending in a suitable defective chassis or as an exchange, it costs only 429,00 €. This exchange price also applies if you send us your own chassis for reconing. You would like to have one of your defective loudspeaker chassis reconed Not every chassis can be refurbished. We use exclusively original recone kits. If original parts are not available for a model, we do not carry out the repair. We cannot expect an equivalent result from so-called “aftermarket” sets and accept no liability for them. Reconing is also excluded if, for example, magnets are chipped or cracked, the basket is distorted, or non-removable residue is present in the air gap. Certain model variants are generally not suitable for reconing. A final assessment is only possible once the defective chassis has arrived at our premises for inspection. Please therefore send the chassis carefully and securely packaged. Every package must withstand a fall from at least one meter without the chassis being damaged. Use sufficient cushioning material and, if possible, double packaging. If no specific fixed price for reconing or exchange is stated in our listing, we normally do not prepare an individual quotation, as the costs generally consist of the same items. The respective recone kit or diaphragm is charged at customary market prices – German internet listings serve as a comparison – plus, depending on the amount of work, 80,00 to 100,00 € including 19 % VAT for labor, small materials, disposal and other expenses. The shipping costs listed below are added. Shipping is always carried out at your own risk. For particularly rare chassis, for example from the SI-2000, the first MSI or the TS series, we therefore recommend handing them over in person if possible. Loss or damage during transport would be particularly unfortunate for such unique items. We answer further questions exclusively by telephone. II. You are interested in another item or an already reconed chassis 1.) We answer detailed questions exclusively by telephone or during an inspection of the item at our warehouse. We do not process inquiries by e-mail. 2.) Please assume that the item is available as long as the listing is online. Please refrain from e-mail inquiries to check availability again; these will not be answered individually. A brief telephone inquiry is possible. Otherwise, simply place your order as described. If the item has already been sold contrary to the listing, we will inform you accordingly. 3.) Inspections and, where applicable, collections by a freight forwarder must be arranged by telephone. 4.) Payment is made exclusively in cash upon collection or in advance for shipping. Paypal, cash on delivery, open invoices, trade-ins and exchanges are not possible. 5.)
