From our master workshop, while stocks last, we offer a freshly reconed chassis with replacement recone kit at fixed and favorable prices. This is the 10" midrange speaker of the first series, as used in the Alpha and Alpha-e systems. All prices stated include 19% VAT: 1x used, reconed chassis for €457.00 (€384.03 net for export). This offer is only rarely available. Alternatively, it is possible to exchange it for an identical defective chassis suitable for reconing; the price is then only €375.00 (€315.13 net for export). For €375.00, we will also recone the successor model HPM10-8, provided that you send us a corresponding defective chassis suitable for reconing beforehand. 1x HPM10-8 for Alpha, new and in its original packaging, at a price of €423.60. Reconing is possible for €375.00 if an identical defective chassis suitable for reconing is sent to us beforehand. Important note: These special chassis are indispensable for the correct operation of the Alpha main systems. This applies in particular because of the unusually designed flat diaphragm, which makes a significant contribution to the familiar sound character. Unless we are currently out on customer business, you can reach us by telephone on working days during the following core hours at 0 511 / 920 4 960: mornings from 9 to 11 a.m. and afternoons between 2 and 6 p.m. Below you will find the most important information about the ordering process: 1.) We answer detailed questions exclusively by telephone or during an inspection of the item at our warehouse; no information is provided by e-mail. 2.) As long as this listing is online, you can generally assume that the item is still available. Please therefore refrain from corresponding e-mail inquiries, as these will not be answered individually. A brief telephone inquiry is possible. Otherwise, simply place your order as described below. If, contrary to expectations, the item has already been sold, we will inform you accordingly. 3.) Inspections and, if applicable, collection by a forwarding company are arranged by telephone. 4.) Payment is made exclusively in cash upon collection or in advance for shipping. Paypal, cash on delivery, purchase on open account, trade-in and exchange are not possible. 5.) Shipping orders may be submitted by e-mail or fax. Please include: a.) Your full name and address for issuing the advance payment invoice b.) Whether the purchase is private or for a business 6.) You will then promptly receive an invoice for advance payment with the relevant bank details. Once the amount has been received, the goods will be shipped or handed over to the carrier commissioned by you. Please take the usual parcel shipping transit times into account. If shipping is possible, the following non-negotiable packaging and shipping costs will be added to the stated item price. High-quality equipment is generally packaged twice, i.e. with outer packaging, suitable packing material and a shipping carton. Standard shipping within Germany — excluding bulky goods, islands and express shipping, insured per parcel up to a goods value of €500.00 — costs only €9.90 gross up to 10 kg, €12.90 up to 20 kg and €16.90 up to 30 kg. Shipping to selected additional EU countries is possible upon request and generally costs approximately €20.00 extra. Why is the process handled as described above? This procedure protects both you and us and helps avoid unnecessary costs. Our employees strictly adhere to this process in order to prevent phishing attempts, gross misconduct, cost-increasing procedures and payment defaults.
