Our specialists recondition the speaker chassis exclusively with original spare parts from the manufacturer. We completely avoid so-called aftermarket components, which can differ significantly from the original in some cases. After reconditioning, the chassis is in a condition that is visually and technically barely distinguishable from a new product. Reconing also eliminates possible causes that could later lead to a failure and renewed reconditioning in new chassis. Impregnation of the diaphragm is optionally available. The surcharge is 10,00 € per speaker. All prices already include 19 % VAT. We answer additional questions exclusively by telephone or during an inspection of the item at our warehouse. Emails are only taken into consideration for direct orders. 2.) The item is generally available as long as the listing is online. Please refrain from making availability inquiries by email; these will not be answered, as the item may be sold before an order is received. Therefore, simply place your order using the procedure described below. Should the item already have been sold contrary to expectations, we will inform you accordingly. 3.) An inspection or, where applicable, collection by a freight forwarding company is arranged by telephone. 4.) Payment is made exclusively in cash upon collection or by payment in advance for shipping. Paypal, cash on delivery, unpaid invoices, trade-ins and exchanges are not possible. 5.) Orders for shipping can be placed by email or fax. Please provide the following information: a.) Full name and complete address, including email address, for preparation of the advance payment invoice b.) Indication of whether the purchase is private or for a business 6.) If you would like to trade in your old, defective but reconable chassis, you must first send it to us securely packaged. The packaging must be designed so that a fall of the parcel from a height of at least 1 m does not damage the contents. 7.) You will then promptly receive an advance payment invoice with the relevant bank details. As soon as receipt of payment has been recorded by us, we will ship the goods or hand them over to the transport service provider commissioned by you. Please allow for the usual parcel transit times. Standard shipping within Germany is carried out in a double-packaged parcel. This is not bulky freight; islands and express shipping are excluded. Shipping is insured per parcel up to a goods value of 500,00 € and costs 12,90 € per chassis. Shipping to selected additional EU countries and express delivery are possible on request and generally cost approximately 20,00 € extra. Why is the transaction handled this way? The described procedure protects both our customers and us and helps to avoid unnecessary costs. Our employees therefore consistently adhere to this procedure in order to prevent phishing attempts, gross mischief, cost-increasing processes and payment defaults.
