For sale is a batch from a new series of passive 15" top cabinets. The speakers are unused and technically new, but show slight production-related differences in the finish. Depending on the individual unit, the surface may appear somewhat rougher, glossier or more matte – see the attached photos. Thanks to its very high efficiency, the top cabinet achieves an exceptionally high usable sound pressure level. This is ensured, among other things, by the generously dimensioned 1.4" high-frequency horn and the woofer with an especially robust 3.5" voice coil. The extended low-frequency range makes the CX15 a suitable solution for bass-intensive applications, for example as a drumfill, as well as for an uncomplicated and powerful FOH system. At the same time, the loudspeaker cabinet offers a highly analytical resolution and exceptionally precise reproduction. It is suitable without problems for full-range sound reinforcement, nearfield sound reinforcement with high SPL requirements, and as a FOH top cabinet, frontfill, sidefill or drumfill. It can also be used as a monitor on large stages. For assembling symmetrical monitor pairs, the model is available in a left and a right version.
