With the THS 1T model, the microphone is activated by pressing, according to the push-to-talk principle. The THS 1M model, on the other hand, operates according to the push-to-mute method and mutes the microphone when pressed. Thanks to the ergonomic design, the controls are conveniently accessible, even when the speaker is working with statistics documents at the same time. The integrated headphone amplifiers deliver powerful and clear sound that stands out clearly even in a fully occupied and noisy arena. The THS 1 Talkback/headphone boxes have a central button for controlling the microphone output. The microphone output is routed passively and directly from the microphone input. This means that the microphone remains on air even if the box's power supply fails. An optional footswitch for operating the microphone function can be connected via an additional jack socket. The box is suitable exclusively for dynamic microphones.
