We completely refrain from using “aftermarket” components, which in terms of quality hardly correspond to the original. This gives you a result that is visually and technically almost equivalent to the condition of a new product. We answer further questions exclusively by telephone or during an inspection of the item at our warehouse. Emails are intended only for direct orders. 2.) The item is generally available as long as this listing is online. Please refrain from corresponding availability enquiries by email, as the item may have been sold by the time your order is received. Simply place your order as described below. Should the item unexpectedly already be sold out, you will of course receive a corresponding notification. 3.) Inspection or collection appointments for a haulage company are arranged by telephone. 4.) Payment is made exclusively in cash upon collection or in advance for shipping. PayPal, cash on delivery, open invoices, trade-ins and exchanges are not possible. 5.) Shipping orders may be placed by email or fax with the following details: a.) If you wish to trade in your old, defective but reconable driver, the respective exchange prices stated above apply. The old part must first be securely packaged and sent to us. Damage to the transported goods caused by the parcel falling from a height of at least 1 m must not be possible. 7.) Shortly thereafter, you will receive an advance payment invoice with the relevant bank details. Once your payment has been received, the goods will be shipped or handed over to the carrier commissioned by you. Please allow for the usual parcel transit times. Packaging and shipping costs are charged in addition to the item price. High-quality equipment is generally packed twice and shipped with outer packaging, packing material and a shipping carton. For standard shipping within Germany – no bulky goods, no islands, no express, insured per parcel up to a goods value of €500.00 and similar – the following gross shipping costs apply: up to 10 kg: €9.90 up to 20 kg: €12.90 up to 30 kg: €16.90 Shipping to selected additional EU countries is possible on request and generally costs approximately €20.00 extra. Why is the transaction handled as described? The process outlined above serves the security of both parties and helps to avoid unnecessary costs. Our employees consistently adhere to this procedure in order to prevent phishing attempts, abusive transactions, cost-increasing processes and payment defaults.
