One of the most visually sophisticated and at the same time particularly stable mobile stages of this size in northern Germany. The exceptional concept, developed and manufactured in Germany, offers the following features, among others: - Playing area of approx. 8 x 6.2 m, or around 49 m², and a particularly generous round-arch roof measuring approx. 8.2 x 7.3 m, or around 60 m². The additional roof overhang improves the appearance and provides extended protection in the rain. - Distinctive design with clear lines and an independent roof architecture. The roof is folded open rather than extended telescopically, resulting in a particularly attractive appearance. - Stable platform floor with a water-repellent 15-mm panel. Compared with the floors of other stage trailers, which are often perceived as “wobbly,” the construction provides a noticeably calmer and safer feeling underfoot. - The height of the platform structure can be leveled between 1.05 m and 1.35 m. - Overall height optionally 4.95 m without a Baubuch requirement or 5.95 m to 6.25 m with a Baubuch requirement. - In the roof’s assembly position, event technology can be mounted directly in the roof by persons of average height without the need for ladders or steps. - An off-grid, radio-controlled electro-hydraulic 24-V drive moves the roof into the desired final position even when loads have already been attached. The symmetrically distributed roof load is up to 1,500 kg, in addition to the Sidewings. - The clear height at the front center is 3.59 m, depending on the version, without a Baubuch requirement, or 4.59 m with a Baubuch requirement. - Gaze on three sides, tensioned roof covering with soffit, as well as skirting at the front and on one third of each side. - The staircase can be attached at four different positions on the sides. - Optionally, two short PA-Wings with a load capacity of 150 kg each or a Sidewing-Towerportal are available. The latter offers approximately 3 m of width per side, a PA load capacity of 500 kg each, and space for banners of up to 6.5 m². This results in an overall frontal width of approximately 14 m. - Use up to wind zone 4, or wind force 8, without additional ballasting. - Child-safe rod safety railings with vertical rods, which, to our knowledge, are unique in Germany. - Short setup and dismantling times, reduced resource requirements, and no additional costs for ballast water. - Swing-away drawbar with anti-sway coupling. - Switchable work light for setup and dismantling work on the stage surface. - RM safety package in accordance with the “Fliegende Bauten” directive and the requirements of the duty to ensure traffic safety. - An optional specially developed Gizmo is available. This allows HKZs to be pulled as close as possible into the space between the trusses in order to achieve an optimal PA height even with a low setup height. Technical background: Many concepts for mobile stage trailers originate from a time when the first designs were developed and later partially adapted for structural or legal reasons. Over the years, changes to standards and regulations were added, resulting in compromises in numerous models. Some of these designs were subsequently reproduced in simplified form in Eastern Europe. A different approach was taken with this trailer, developed and manufactured in Germany: The process began with a structural analysis and planning according to the latest standards; only then did the actual stage construction take place. The already proven concept was consistently further developed based on experience from the company’s own rental operations. The most notable results include four clearly defined roof positions: assembly, travel, without a Baubuch requirement, and with a Baubuch requirement. Added to this are the railings with vertical rods, the swing-away drawbar with anti-sway coupling, and the specially developed safety package. This construction differs significantly from conventional stage trailers on the market. The rental arrangement is provided including full service. This includes delivery and collection, assembly and dismantling, as well as instruction. In addition, an extensive range of further accessories, event technology, barrier technology and trailers for supplementary tasks is available. Add-ons such as catwalks or wheelchair ramps can also be implemented. The purchase price and delivery time for a brand-new version of this type are available on request. If desired, a “standardisation” of the stability certificate can also be commissioned. In this case, the certificate is available in its latest form, issued to the operator and signed in the original by the structural engineer. A proper risk assessment in accordance with the requirements of occupational and health protection can likewise be prepared by the graduate engineer responsible for safety and issued to the respective company. The basic model is available from €75,900.00 net. Further equipment features and additional features are possible on request. Numerous additional features already developed, up to a value of €95,000.00 net, can be provided for. The delivery time is generally at least 20 to 30 weeks on request. A stage is neither a decorative object nor a “drive-through” take-away item. Nor is it a product that can be purchased at short notice and used immediately at an event, similar to a spotlight. This aspect is underestimated by some providers of mobile stages, who may be proficient at sales but do not necessarily fully take all technical and organisational requirements into account.
