The low-frequency section uses four 10-inch drivers with 2.5-inch voice coils. They are both front horn-loaded and reflex-tuned. A multi-cell horn ensures smooth coupling between elements inside the cabinet and between multiple cabinets when they are arranged in a cluster. High frequencies are reproduced by four 1.75-inch voice-coil, 1-inch-throat high-frequency drivers. Their polyester annular-ring cones allow the lower part of the high-frequency range to be handled with less stress than with conventional dome-shaped metal diaphragms, while also producing clear, extended high frequencies with a smooth tonal character. The result is a fast-deploying point-source system suitable for both ground-stacked and flown configurations. Its exceptionally high SPL output allows one cabinet to replace four to six line-array elements, while requiring only a single amplifier channel for operation.
