The CS series comprises high-quality in-ceiling speakers suitable for numerous applications. They deliver convincing sound quality and can be used both for paging and announcements as well as background music – for example in hotels, restaurants, pubs, company offices or sales areas. The CS85 features an 8" driver with a coaxially arranged 1" tweeter. The continuous power handling is 40 Watt, while the maximum power is 80 Watt. Thanks to its two-way design, the speaker is also suitable for demanding applications and enables high-quality, natural reproduction of speech and music. The powerful low-frequency range provides a genuine Hi-Fi experience. The moisture-protected speaker membrane and the aluminium front grille also allow use in damp areas or outdoors. A multi-tapping line transformer with Fast-Con™ is integrated for quick and uncomplicated connection. This allows the speaker to be connected both to 100-volt systems and low-impedance systems. Installation in the ceiling is carried out using a Quick-Fix mechanism, which ensures convenient mounting and permanently secure hold. The enclosure is made of high-quality ABS plastic and protected at the front by a robust, powder-coated aluminium grille. Black finish. The speaker is also available in various colours and can be individually painted to blend harmoniously into the respective environment.
