The TableMIC microphones can be connected to compatible Vaddio products via EasyMIC connections. This allows high-quality audio to be transmitted directly to a PC system, enabling clear, professional conference communication. For operation with as little interference as possible in the meeting room, the TableMIC features a robust metal housing with specially developed feet. This construction dampens vibrations and thereby reduces unwanted noise that can be caused by other table microphones. A capacitive touch surface on the top enables especially quiet operation. During setup, the button function can be activated or deactivated. This can further simplify operation for video conference participants. Three unidirectional condenser microphone elements work together to provide 360-degree coverage. This means that a single TableMIC is already suitable for reliable sound reinforcement and voice pickup in most conference rooms. Each of the three cardioid microphones is equipped with integrated echo cancellation and digital signal processing. The DSP includes equalization, filtering, and automatic gain control (AGC), among other functions. In combination with a Vaddio AV Bridge MATRIX PRO or an EasyUSB Mixer / Amp, the DSP can use the AEC reference signal from the other party and apply it to the individual microphone elements. This enables clear and intelligible communication for both sides of the conversation. Commissioning is straightforward thanks to plug-and-play operation. A standard Cat-5 cable is connected between the TableMIC and an EasyMIC-compatible Vaddio device. Power, control, and audio signals are transmitted via this single cable.
