The EA 600 is a system power amplifier with a powerful 600-W Class-D power amplifier. The housing corresponds to the design of the E 435 mid-/high unit. At 4 Ohm, the power amplifier delivers 600 watts of output power. Depending on the configuration, up to two E 110 Sub subwoofers can be operated. Alternatively, one passive subwoofer can be connected together with a maximum of two E 435 mid-/high units. When used without a subwoofer, up to four mid-/high units can be combined into one column. The amplifier module is cooled by a temperature-controlled fan that exhausts the warm air through the front. A selector switch is available for different numbers of connected E 435 units. This activates the appropriate equalization and adjusts the frequency response to the respective length of the column.
