It allows an existing traditional tungsten-halogen ellipsoidal fixture to be converted to LED in approximately one minute. The source provides a CRI of 90+ for faithful color reproduction. Cooling is handled by a hybrid system combining a heat sink with a silent fan. Brightness can be smoothly adjusted from 0 to 100% via DMX, with selectable 8-bit or 16-bit control. The system is rated at 150W and consumes 137W from a 100–240 VAC mains supply. powerCON input and output connectors support end-to-end linking of up to 10 fixtures.
