The stated amount is to be understood as the net price; statutory value-added tax will be charged additionally. An inspection and functional test of the equipment is possible by prior appointment. The location is in A-5101 Bergheim near Salzburg, just a few kilometres past the German border at Freilassing. Shipping can be arranged upon request. The buyer shall bear the shipping costs incurred. The sale is made in used condition and in accordance with the prior inspection. The contracting parties agree to exclude returns, liability for defects and warranty. An invoice showing value-added tax can of course be issued. For intra-Community transactions within the EU, a VAT identification number is also available for VAT-free invoicing under the reverse-charge procedure.
