The buyer bears the resulting shipping costs. The goods are sold brand-new and as inspected. Both contracting parties agree to exclude returns, statutory liability for defects and warranty. An invoice showing VAT can of course be issued. A VAT ID number is also available for VAT-free invoicing to EU countries under the reverse-charge procedure.
