The suspension cables are suitable for attaching various equipment, such as trusses or loudspeakers. One end features a permanently pressed eyelet to which a connecting link can be attached for further installation. The opposite end of the cable is open and tinned for more comfortable and safer handling. This protects it against splaying and reduces the risk of injury. Suitable accessories are required to complete the system. For use in touring operations or permanent installations, REUTLINGER wire rope holders are recommended, as they enable particularly simple and safe operation. In combination, they form a flexible and operationally reliable suspension system. The cables are manufactured in accordance with applicable standards and strict safety requirements and comply with current DGUV specifications. The loops with eyelets are pressed with aluminium wrought-alloy ferrules in accordance with DIN 3090-2. The forged steel eyelets used comply with DIN 3090. The galvanised round-strand cable is designed according to DIN EN 12385-4 as rope class 6 x 19M in accordance with DIN 3060 and has a fibre core. The nominal strength is between 1.770 and 1.960 N/mm². The cables are available in lengths from 1.5 to 10 metres and for load capacities from 40 to 350 kilograms.
