Seamlessly integrated into existing workflows The Tentacle Setup App supports easy integration into the existing workflow. Multiple TRACK E and SYNC E devices can be set up and controlled via Bluetooth® using a mobile iOS or Android device. Ready to use immediately After unpacking, the TRACK E is ready for use within approximately three minutes. Included in the delivery are a pocket-sized TRACK E audio recorder, a versatile lavalier microphone and a 16-GB-microSD card. The locking microphone input is compatible with lavalier microphones that may already be available. Recordings can be monitored and played back directly via the headphone output. The USB-C port is used to charge the device and transfer data quickly. A removable black belt clip keeps your hands free during recording. 32-bit float technology The TRACK E's significantly extended dynamic range reduces the risk of clipping and eliminates the need for constant level correction. In post-production, recordings can be handled with flexibility similar to RAW photos. The recording level does not need to be set perfectly before recording: even signals that are too quiet can be boosted afterwards without proportionally increasing the noise level. This significantly reduces preparation time. Software Tentacle Sync Studio for Mac ensures reliable synchronization and provides additional tools for processing 32-bit and audio files. Together with SYNC E and TRACK E, it creates a seamless, professional audio and video workflow.
