In combination with a suitable remote-controlled power supply, a total of five polar patterns can be selected: omnidirectional, wide cardioid, cardioid, hypercardioid and figure-eight. Features include particularly low self-noise, high handling capacity, the modern transformerless circuit and very clear and transparent signal transmission. The microphone is addressed from the side. On the front is the polar pattern selector with the omnidirectional and cardioid positions, as well as another position for remote switching. On the rear, a switchable high-pass filter with settings of 15 Hz (“LIN”) or 100 Hz and a 14-dB attenuation switch are available.
