This compact UHF receiver is intended for installation in the wireless receiver slots of professional video cameras. With the appropriate accessories, it can be adapted in five different configurations for use with various camcorders, including Sony Betacam models, Ikegami cameras and other compatible systems. PLL-synthesized technology and a dual-antenna True Diversity design provide stable, clear reception and help prevent signal dropouts, even in challenging operating conditions. The unit features a wide tuning range with 100 selectable preset frequencies and supports the ACT automatic programming system, allowing the receiver and transmitter to establish a matching frequency quickly. The durable waterproof metal housing is designed to withstand demanding use. A built-in LCD shows the main digital parameters clearly and accurately. The receiver can also be integrated with an active PA speaker through an MA-909 wireless mixer, an MT-90A wireless interlink transmitter or ACT transmitters, converting the speaker into part of a wireless system. Two AA batteries provide up to approximately 10 hours of operation.
