With its total of eight inputs and outputs, the BSS 9088 IIs forms the central basic unit of the Soundweb system. Functions such as equalization, filtering, signal delay, compression, gating, automixing and signal distribution can be configured flexibly using the Soundweb Designer software. The connections are provided in pairs either as analog Mic/Line inputs and outputs or as AES/EBU interfaces. The factory-defined configuration can be changed. The eight-channel network connection allows two devices to be connected directly to each other. This enables the analog and digital inputs and outputs of both units to be freely interconnected.
