The offered special fiber optic cable with a length of 200 m is mounted on a Schill cable drum and was designed for mobile applications. Its construction is designed for regular winding and unwinding and enables high transmission rates with simultaneously low attenuation. Thanks to the integrated steel armoring, the fiber optic cable is effectively protected against mechanical damage. It is therefore also suitable for demanding applications at events, in military environments, and in industry. The robust PUR jacket is resistant to being stepped on and withstands being driven over by vehicles. This gives the cable a long service life and also makes it suitable for outdoor use. The black jacket enables inconspicuous installations. Removable protective caps with a practical pulling aid facilitate dismantling and support the transmission of up to eight LC fibers. For additional tensile strength, the cable is reinforced with aramid fibers and reliably withstands high tensile loads. With a diameter of only approximately 5 mm, the fiber optic cable remains very flexible and can be easily wound onto drums. Its resistant design makes it particularly well suited for mobile outdoor applications. Singlemode and Multimode fibers as well as various cable lengths are available from stock.
