Professional CD, MP3 and USB player with a compact design for installation in a 19-inch rack. The device combines versatile playback options with clear operation and is suitable for both permanent installations and mobile applications. The slot-in drive can play audio CDs, MP3 CDs and CD-Rs. In addition, MP3 and WAV files can be played directly from a USB flash drive or an external USB hard drive. USB storage media formatted in FAT, FAT32 or NTFS are supported. A selector button can be used to switch between CD and USB mode during operation. For convenient use, the player offers instant start, a Cue function with monitoring capability, Pitch-Bend buttons and a rotary control for fast MP3 navigation. The player provides both Single and Continuous Play, a manual BPM counter, seamless loops with Reloop function and two selectable time displays. The Pitch fader allows variable pitch control in the ranges +/- 8, 16 or 24 %. The bright fluorescent VFD display shows, among other things, ID3 tag, BPM tempo, time, pitch value, operating mode and folder name. Navigation through directories and files is also clearly displayed. Frame-accurate search enables precise targeting of track positions. A 6.3-mm input on the front and an XLR/jack combination connector on the rear are provided for connecting a microphone. The microphone volume can be adjusted separately. The clearly structured front panel enables intuitive operation; a large part of the functions can also be controlled via the supplied infrared remote control. Audio output is provided via balanced XLR sockets as well as RCA connectors for Master and Record signals. This makes the player suitable for various applications, for example in clubs, bars and at larger events. Thanks to its solid construction, 19-inch rack mounting with only one rack unit and versatile connection and playback options, the device is suitable for both installation operation and mobile use.
