Recone service from our master workshop: Send us a defective and reconeable chassis from the RCF L18-P200 series, and we will carry out the professional refurbishment. For the refurbishment, our specialists use exclusively original spare parts from the respective manufacturer. Aftermarket components that may differ from the original product are not used. The result is a freshly reconed speaker chassis whose condition hardly differs from that of a like-new example. In addition, as part of the reconing process, we also remedy the causes that could later lead to a failure and renewed repair in new chassis. All prices stated already include 19 % VAT. The chassis listed below cannot be reconed without additional work steps. For this purpose, we use a specially developed process with which acceptable results are achieved: 1x RCF L18 P200N or EAW LC-1824, 8 Ohm, reconed, upon submission of an identical and reconeable chassis, for only €299.90 Upon request, we also undertake the reconing of defective chassis from the brands Beyma, B&C, 18sound, Faital, NEXO, PHL, RCF and other manufacturers. Unless we are currently away on behalf of a customer, you can reach us by telephone on weekdays during the following core hours at 0 511 / 920 4 960: mornings from 9 to 11 a.m. and afternoons from 2 to 6 p.m. The most important information about the ordering process: 1.) We answer detailed questions exclusively by telephone or during an inspection of the item at our warehouse. E-mails are intended only for direct orders. Repeated disregard of this requirement, particularly through spam, may result in a block. 2.) As long as the listing is online, the item is generally considered available. Please therefore refrain from e-mail inquiries about availability, as the item may be sold before the order is actually received and such messages will not be answered. Simply place your order according to the procedure described here. Should the item have already been sold contrary to expectations, we will inform you accordingly. 3.) An appointment for an inspection or, if applicable, collection by a freight forwarder must be arranged by telephone. 4.) For collection, payment in cash only is possible. Shipment requires payment in advance. Paypal, cash on delivery, open invoices, other trade-ins or exchanges are not possible. 5.) Shipping orders can be placed by e-mail, fax or by means of a letter enclosed with the parcel. Please provide the following details: a.) Full name and full address, including e-mail address, for preparation of the advance-payment invoice b.) Information as to whether the purchase is private or for a business 6.) If you wish to trade in your old, defective but reconeable chassis under the conditions stated above, please first send it to us securely packaged. The packaging must be designed so that a fall of the parcel from a height of at least 1 m does not cause damage to the contents. 7.) You will then promptly receive an advance-payment invoice with the corresponding bank account number. Once the invoice amount has been received, the goods will be shipped or handed over to the transporter commissioned by you. Please take the usual transit times for parcel shipping into account. Standard shipping within Germany is carried out in a double-packaged parcel. It is not bulky freight; island deliveries and express shipping are not included in standard shipping. Each parcel is insured up to a goods value of €500.00. The cost is €16.90 per chassis. Deliveries to selected other EU countries and express shipping are possible upon request and generally cost around €20.00 extra. Why is this procedure necessary? The procedure described protects both you and us and helps avoid unnecessary costs. Our employees therefore consistently adhere to this ordering process. This is intended to prevent phishing attempts, misuse, unnecessary processes and the resulting payment defaults, which would otherwise ultimately have to be borne by all customers.
