Developed for the safe transport and convenient installation of large displays from 86 to 100 inches, this flightcase features an integrated electric lift. The screen can be quickly raised to the desired working height and presented professionally. Maximum screen dimensions: 2240 × 1260 mm Maximum VESA dimensions: 960 × 600 mm The electric lift extends from 985 mm to 2485 mm and enables precise positioning of the display. Personal height positions and presets can be saved using the programmable wireless remote control. The delivery also includes an RF module and a wired controller. Two versions are available for power and connection supply: either a connection panel on the right rear side with one PowerCON connection and additional free D-Holes, or an access door with a permanently installed 5-metre-long power cable. The precisely fitted interior made of 15 mm and 18 mm Betonplex as well as Polyblock Foam reliably protects the screen during transport. Additional storage compartments provide space for cables, remote controls and other accessories. Two black HPL cover plates are included in the delivery. They can be fitted to the top of the base element and provide a neat, closed appearance when the screen is set up. Optional: stabilisation set For use on uneven or moving surfaces, the flightcase can be supplemented with a specially matched stabilisation set. This is recommended, among other things, for marquees, lawns, paving, temporary floors and other event locations where no completely level standing surface is available. The set comprises four robust steel rods that can be inserted into the designated mounts of the case without tools. Each corner can be adjusted separately using the adjustable screw feet, allowing the flightcase to be aligned horizontally and the screen to be stabilised securely. When not in use, the stabilisers are stored in specially designated holders on the inside of the flightcase. The integrated storage does not impair the function of the screen lift and protects the rods during transport. The inside of the case is modified accordingly for installation. The exterior construction consists of 9 mm birch plywood, 1 mm HPL and black backing foil. This creates a robust construction with a high-quality appearance. The lids are made of lightweight Con-Pearl plastic panels. Due to their reduced weight, they can be removed from the case particularly easily. Visually, they differ very little from conventional lids made of wood-based panels. For transport, the flightcase has a total of 8 Tente swivel castors, 4 of which are equipped with locking brakes. This allows the case to be moved conveniently and positioned securely at the place of use. The construction is suitable for professional use in the rental sector as well as for touring productions. Once the desired screen model has been received, the screen is precisely integrated into the flightcase. This ensures that the system is optimally matched and ready for immediate use. The case can be personalised with an individual logo engraving on request.
