Maximum capacity with reduced transport effort: The extra-wide version accommodates two Vario Racks side by side in a sturdy flightcase. This allows a complete double-rack solution to be transported safely, clearly and particularly efficiently. The modular interior construction enables the tool-free installation, replacement and individual rearrangement of all components. This supports an optimized workflow, high reliability and maximum flexibility in professional use. The generously designed interior allows the entire system to be permanently and clearly wired. This shortens setup times and helps significantly reduce potential sources of error during productions and installations. ### Well-designed construction for daily use The flightcase features an innovative, centrally hinged lid construction. The lid can be partially opened, leaving one rack side accessible without having to remove the entire lid. Maintenance and service work can therefore be carried out more quickly and conveniently. Thanks to the split design, the lid can also be handled by a single person. The compact design also facilitates space-saving storage during ongoing use. ### Fast service access and protection of the equipment Service flaps integrated at the rear provide direct access to the installed equipment. They make maintenance, expansions and subsequent configuration adjustments easier. The flaps can optionally be equipped with ventilation openings to improve heat dissipation. For transport, the ventilation openings can be closed with specially made plastic covers. This reliably protects the rack configuration from splash water and other external influences. ### Robust construction for touring and rental High-quality materials are used for production: Penn Elcom HD hardware, 9 mm thick birch multiplex with a durable HPL coating, as well as a black backing film. The 15 mm thick interior construction made of Betonplex ensures high stability even in demanding touring and rental applications. As standard, the case is equipped with robust Tente Blue Wheels. The casters ensure good mobility and a secure stand even with heavy racks. The standard depth of 800 mm enables use with all Vario Rack models, both in the standard and XL versions.
