The construction consists of lightweight yet robust polypropylene. For transport, the system is disassembled into four individual components that can be stored in a space-saving manner. Thanks to the precisely fitting elements, assembly is quick and requires no additional stands or speaker cables. The foundation is formed by the subwoofer with integrated Class-D power amplifier and extensive connection and control unit. The column consists of the acoustic unit with two 3" neodymium midrange drivers and a 1" neodymium compression driver, as well as two spacers. Both spacers, or just one of them, can be removed to adjust the height accordingly when the system is set up at an elevated position. The bass-reflex subwoofer features a specially tuned 10" woofer. Despite its compact dimensions, it delivers powerful bass reproduction and achieves a frequency response starting at 40 Hz. For the midrange and high frequencies, a 2-way concept with two 3" neodymium midrange drivers and a 1" neodymium high-frequency driver is used. The result is particularly detailed reproduction for this class of equipment, with a clearly resolved high-frequency range. The dispersion is 100° x 50°. The integrated Class-D power amplifier provides 500 W RMS or 1000 W Peak and operates with a wide-range switched-mode power supply. The 24-bit DSP offers three sound presets and a 3-band EQ, allowing the system to be adapted to the room acoustics or the particular application content. The volume of the subwoofer can also be adjusted separately. The input section provides three independently adjustable channels: two switchable Mic/Line inputs and one HiZ connection for instruments. Audio signals can also be transmitted via Bluetooth; in stereo operation, two units can be connected to each other simultaneously. The free DASLink and DASLinkGM apps also enable complete remote control of the menu via smartphone or tablet. The PowerCon mains connection underscores the professional equipment. The scope of delivery includes a protective cover for the subwoofer unit and a transport bag for the column elements. A dolly for the subwoofer is optionally available.
