The development focused primarily on three points: compatibility, ease of use and reliable operation. All existing accessories can continue to be used, and the proven mounting system also remains unchanged. The key innovation concerns the screen itself, whose delivery is scheduled to begin in June. **QUADTEK technology: four pixels in one unit** With QUADTEK technology, the NEO series uses a special pixel arrangement. As resolution increases, individual pixels and their protective surfaces become smaller, which can increase the risk of damage. A frequently used protective measure is encapsulating the pixel surfaces in epoxy resin. Although this method improves resistance to impacts and shocks, it makes repairs considerably more difficult. To replace individual LEDs, the resin layer must first be milled away; after the repair, visible processing marks may remain. The high-resolution indoor wall with a 2.6 mm pixel spacing therefore uses a design in which the forces that occur are distributed better than with many solutions featuring smaller individual pixels. At the same time, maintenance remains significantly less complicated than with completely encapsulated pixel surfaces. **Suitable for film and TV productions** Thanks to its robust design, the series is particularly suitable for rental use. Frequent transportation as well as repeated setup and dismantling are facilitated by its low sensitivity to impacts and mechanical loads. The low pixel pitch enables an optimal viewing distance of approximately three meters. Despite the high resolution, the construction remains more resistant than many LED screens with a coarser pixel spacing. The indoor version also offers advantages for camera-based applications. The absence of a reflective resin layer and the shader construction arranged slightly below the pixels support an even display. Together with the high refresh rate, this produces a color-intensive and flicker-free image that is particularly suitable for television and film recording. The series thus combines features for demanding high-end applications with a clear, compatible and economically usable setup. The modules remain compatible with the other accessories and impress with their robust and uncomplicated handling. **Also suitable for curved setups** The NEO series is the manufacturer’s first series to allow the use of curvable screen parts. In addition to flat, square surfaces, this also makes it possible to create arched constructions. The design concept therefore does not have to be adapted to a rigid LED wall – the modules can be flexibly integrated into different room and event concepts. The corner modules designated as “cBL” are initially also available for rental for special projects. **Compatible with existing accessories** No new accessory system is required for the 500 × 500 mm modules. They can be combined with the Tri-Frame, a specially developed three-point truss. This construction offers high stability, speeds up setup and allows numerous mounting variants. All constructions with TÜV-certified Tri-Frames have been statically calculated.
