This device is probably known to only a few people – so here is a brief overview of its possibilities: - Two signal sources (A and B) are fed in via SDI or HDMI, each at up to 4K at 60p. - From each of the two sources, four HD cutouts in 1080p50 can be selected via the joystick controller. The image areas can be controlled in real time using the joystick – including pan, tilt and zoom, similar to ePTZ – and then output again via SDI. This makes a total of eight cutouts possible. **What can it be used for?** The typical application scenario is a stage event, for example a concert. Two 4K cameras capture the action as medium-wide or wide shots. Suitable close-ups are then created from the two camera signals, for example of the drummer, guitarist, bassist or singer. The resulting signals can be fed into a switcher, making it possible to achieve a varied live edit with just two cameras. The respective cutouts can also be adjusted in real time with the joystick during operation, including pans and zooms. Functionally, the system therefore works similarly to an ePTZ solution and enables very smooth movements. A multiview is available for an overview. Operation is conveniently performed via hardware, without necessarily requiring a tablet or PC. In addition, there is a PC interface for configuration and control. **Our previous areas of use:** - Panel discussions where a close-up of all guests should be available at any time. - Adjusting the image framing for contributions via Teams, Zoom and similar platforms – especially for people who sit unfavourably in front of their laptop despite the relevant recommendations. - Integrating interactive tools or other web content from a PC into the live edit, for example Slido. - Presentations or demonstrations of websites with the option of flexibly adjusting the visible section if no suitable full-screen mode is available. **Condition and scope of delivery:** - The device is practically in like-new condition and was used only rarely. During the COVID pandemic, it served as a backup device in a temporary studio. - Not a rental device: It was installed and wired only once and was therefore barely exposed to mechanical stress at the connections. - Original packaging and all accessories are included, see photos. - We were the first owners and purchased the device from Teltec.de. The manufacturer’s warranty has since expired. - Shipping within the EU is possible, fully insured via UPS. Payment via PayPal with buyer protection or, with an appropriate degree of trust, also by bank transfer. For payment by bank transfer, the price is slightly lower due to the PayPal fees being omitted. - If there is serious interest, a demonstration can be conducted via video call upon request.
