Passive PA flat loudspeaker with optionally available cases. With a width of 80 cm and a construction depth of just 9 cm, this loudspeaker offers a particularly space-saving solution. The carbon panel and four neodymium exciters mounted on the rear ensure an exceptionally transparent sound. At the same time, the system impresses with high detail intelligibility and pronounced resistance to feedback. The 20 kg housing features a sturdy aluminium frame. Multiple mounting points and the supplied VESA adapter enable flexible installation. DML technology distributes the sound energy over a large area and diffusely. As a result, only minor reflections occur on acoustically hard surfaces such as walls, glass fronts, stone or wooden floors, and untreated ceilings. Disruptive overlaps are largely avoided, enabling particularly clear speech and detail reproduction—even in acoustically challenging rooms. When using two loudspeakers, a precise stereo image with a very large sweet spot is created despite the diffuse dispersion. This gives listeners in virtually any position in the audience a convincing sound impression. The dispersion angle is 65° both horizontally and vertically and remains constant across the entire transmission range. The system is particularly suitable for venues where uniform sound coverage of all seats with high intelligibility and a large listening zone is required. Typical areas of use are large conference rooms, concert halls, theatres, and churches. Another advantage is the high resistance to feedback: The loudspeaker operates in all supported frequency ranges. Even an open dynamic microphone can be used without problems in the immediate vicinity. Feedback would practically only occur if deliberately induced. No crossover was used. Nevertheless, the 1-way system covers an exceptionally wide frequency range from 85 Hz to 20 kHz. Reproduction is fully phase-coherent, while distortion remains close to the measurement limit.
