This dynamic disco lighting effect produces numerous rotating beams using a powerful 250-W halogen lamp, a motorized parabolic reflector and a motor-driven gobo wheel. Colors and patterns can be changed flexibly. The integrated “Flash” function additionally creates a strobe-like effect. Operation is via a conventional DMX512 controller. Depending on the configuration, one or more DMX channels are required for each device in the chain. Alternatively, operation in stand-alone mode is possible. A built-in microphone picks up music signals, allowing the device to react directly to the music. The motorized gobo wheel offers a total of 12 different patterns, including seven colored dichroic and five white patterns.
