The condition is good and well maintained; there are only minimal signs of cosmetic wear. Terms & handling: • Handover: Exclusively to self-collectors in Hamburg. • Logistics advantage: The hall has unobstructed access and good options for direct loading on site. Larger vans or LKW can also drive there without any problems. • Inspection: Flexibly possible by prior arrangement. • Target-group advantage: The offer is aimed in particular at schools, clubs, cultural centers, and smaller event initiatives. The sale is private; therefore, no VAT is shown. This can be advantageous for organizations without input tax deduction.
