Thanks to its adapted shape, the reflector remains securely fixed and can move only to a limited extent within the transport case. 3D modelling and multi-axis machining were used for the construction. This made it possible to reproduce the geometry of the unit precisely. In addition to external components, sensitive areas such as optics and moving mechanisms are also effectively protected. The polyurethane foam used absorbs impacts and reduces vibrations and shocks during transport. At the same time, the material is suitable for intensive use and resistant to temperature and UV influences. The insert is delivered fully assembled and can be placed directly into a flight case without gluing or further assembly. This simplifies preparation and speeds up the packing of equipment.
