Hello everyone, With this system, a 20-foot Side-Open shipping container can be transported by passenger car and loaded or unloaded without a crane. Depending on the fit-out, the container can be used, for example, as a bar, stage or workshop. This solution is particularly interesting for outdoor catering and events, as many sites cannot be reached by heavy trucks and suitable unloading equipment is often not available on site. The suitable solution consists of a specially developed support-leg system. This is attached directly to the ISO corners of the container and, as a complete system, has a load-bearing capacity of 3,000 kg. A single support leg weighs only 30 kg and can therefore be moved by one person. A cordless screwdriver or a hand crank can be used for extending and retracting the legs. The container itself is a special version and weighs approximately only half as much as a conventional 20-foot Side-Open container. The lower weight is achieved, among other things, through thinner wall sheets. At the same time, the floor area has been designed more elaborately so that comparable rigidity is maintained despite the weight reduction. Transport is carried out using a special passenger-car trailer chassis designed for 20-foot containers. Securing is carried out using Twistlocks. With a payload of approximately 2,800 kg, there is still sufficient capacity for an individual interior fit-out. With the entire system, the container can be loaded or unloaded by two people with the help of two cordless screwdrivers within approximately ten minutes. An additional weight reserve of approximately 1,000 kg is available for the interior fit-out. We generally offer the following three components: 1. Support-leg system for 6,900 Euro net 2.
