The HDMI-TPS-TX86 transmits DVI or HDMI-1.4 signals including audio, as well as RS-232 and IR control data, over a single CAT5, CAT6 or CAT7 cable. Depending on the application, a range of up to 170 m is possible. The device supports full HDCP and EDID compatibility and is suitable for transmitting universal 4K video signals. An automatic mode and a selectable Long-Reach mode are available for operation.
