Suitable transition patterns are available for productions in 16:9 or 4:3 format. More than 1,600 digital effects are possible in conjunction with the optional 3D interface; 600 effects are integrated as standard. The graphics memory can store 26 full frames and enables logo animation of PC files in crawl and roll mode. Operation is carried out via a large LC display with matrix menu, a joystick for positioning effects and colour correction, an A/B bus, and a transition and mix lever. The unit also features an integrated audio mixer, digital chroma key and digital luminance key. For convenient monitoring, previews of the mix effects and downstream keying are available. Transition patterns can be entered directly via the numeric keypad.
