The sale is preferably conducted with business customers or in the B2B sector. The sale is exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. This is used equipment sold in the inspected and tested condition. Liability for material defects is excluded to the extent legally permissible. This exclusion does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, fraudulent concealment of defects, or damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.
