The robust metal housing is finished in black. Operation is via a backlit LCD with a clear menu structure and practical controls. The unobtrusive on/off switch can be locked. Encrypted transmission ensures the secure transmission of audio signals. Power can be supplied either by AA batteries or the SB900C lithium-ion battery. External charging contacts enable the use of compatible charging stations. The handheld transmitter with SM58 capsule is intended for operation with Axient® Digital wireless systems. Thanks to high RF power and a tuning bandwidth of up to 184 MHz, it delivers professional digital audio quality. Note: When assembling separate wireless components, the frequency bands must match. This is the only way to ensure interference-free operation of the system.
