Hello, we are using the current “quiet period” to inspect and tidy up our warehouse and create space for new products. In the process, numerous individual pieces and predecessors of our series products have come to light. Even though these are prototypes, the components are still usable and far too good to throw away. In many cases, there are only minor deviations from the later series product. The current “time for optimization” offers the opportunity to position yourself competitively again immediately after further restrictions are lifted. The more efficient organization of individual work processes will become even more important in operations in the future. At present, it is not possible to reliably estimate how many permanent employees and, in particular, freelancers will permanently leave the industry after this long enforced break and instead move into industry or skilled trades. The shortage of personnel in our industry is likely to continue to increase! Together with, for example, Nivtec-flexibel or INNODECK platforms, which we also offer as an option, the pictured components can be combined both into a transport cart for a drum riser and into the riser itself. To do this, the two frames are connected with a 2 x 1 m riser platform and set up upright. A 2 x 0.5 m platform is inserted as the lower shelf; if required, several platforms of this size can also be accommodated there. A 2 x 0.5 m platform is also used for the upper cover. Two 2-m O-bars, available on request, provide additional stabilization. The space in between offers room for the complete drum kit during transport. During setup, the cart is simply tilted sideways; the usually two smaller 2 x 0.5 m platforms are then hooked in – finished. When set up, the height is 60 cm. This keeps the cart compact for transport while also providing sufficient space for drums and additional equipment.
