Custom-fit foam insert for PARAGON S – reliable securing and protection The insert was specially adapted to the shape of the PARAGON S and keeps the reflector securely in position during transport and storage. This keeps the fixture stable inside the flight case while reducing unwanted movement and the associated risk of damage. 3D modelling was used to develop the shape. Subsequent manufacturing with multi-axis machining enables a precise reproduction of the reflector geometry. This effectively protects both the housing and sensitive components, including the optics and moving mechanism. The insert is made of shock-absorbing polyurethane foam. It reduces vibrations, absorbs impacts and remains durable even with regular, intensive use. The material is also temperature- and UV-resistant, making it suitable for demanding conditions in the stage sector. The foam insert is delivered ready for use. It can be placed directly into a flight case without assembly or gluing, thereby making the packing and logistical preparation of the equipment easier.
