Everything must go – our proven classics are looking for a new place of use. The digital mixing console combines the further development of the proven technology of the 02R with numerous modern functions. Inside, it features a comprehensively equipped 40-channel console with 8 buses and 8 Aux sends. Dynamics processing and EQs are available for each channel, complemented by four integrated effects processors. Compared to the predecessor model 01V, key technical areas have been significantly revised. Although the EQs (Type I, see below), dynamic effects and a large part of the effects algorithms continue to correspond to the solutions from the 02R, the console now operates entirely with 24 Bit and can be operated with a sampling rate of 96 kHz. The converter quality has also been significantly improved compared to the older 01V. This is particularly important for the sound of a digital mixing console – a clear improvement can therefore be noted here.
