Description
Minimize downtime and avoid unnecessary on-site visits. The ET-SWA1005D Early Warning software monitors projectors connected to an intranet. It reports known or developing abnormalities as well as error symptoms that have already occurred. In addition, the software records the operating conditions of each individual projector. Based on the operating hours, it is possible to predict* when new consumables will probably be needed, when the next regular cleaning is due, or when certain components need to be replaced. Maintenance measures that can be planned in advance: When it is known at an early stage when consumables and maintenance services will be needed or have to be replaced, upcoming work can be organized and prepared much more easily. Early detection of potential errors: Potential malfunctions can be detected and rectified before they develop into an actual problem. Quick problem resolution: Should a malfunction nevertheless occur, the information provided helps identify the cause of the error. This can shorten the time required to restore projector operation and reduce the costs resulting from the failure. Features of the ET-SWA105D: Clear and detailed monitoring: Among other things, the monitoring screen provides the projector status and maintenance schedule in an instrument-like display. This makes the most important information available at a glance. For managing multiple devices, projectors can also be displayed in groups in a list view. Browser-based management: The status of the projectors can be retrieved using any web browser. This allows you to conveniently check the devices from a PC or tablet without having to go directly to the monitoring server. When a VPN (Virtual Private Network) is set up, monitoring is also possible without direct intranet access. This means projector status and error messages can be checked even remotely, allowing you to respond more quickly. The monitoring screen of the Early Warning software can also be linked to a control screen in the web browser. This enables remote management of each individual projector. From checking the status to operating the projectors, a wide variety of tasks can be carried out particularly smoothly.
