If you are interested, please contact us by email or telephone. ## WTS – the new generation of fork and line-array lifts The WTS lifts were developed with particular attention to maximum safety and convenient operation. The series combines two patented solutions: **DYNAMIC OVERLAP** and **WIRE DRIVE**. As a result, the devices already feature almost all safety features provided for in the new DIN 56950-3. ### DYNAMIC OVERLAP During testing, lifts must be tested with maximum load and at an inclination angle of 5°. All models in the WTS series have passed this test. The patented DYNAMIC OVERLAP reduces the deflection of the profiles and thereby ensures significantly greater stability. Unlike uniform overlaps of the individual telescopic segments, the system uses differently dimensioned, specially calculated overlaps. This improves the static load-bearing capacity and increases the lift’s performance. At the same time, operating safety is significantly increased. ### L/20 horizontal test Another prescribed test is carried out with a horizontal load acting on the lift equal to one twentieth of the maximum load. This test was also successfully passed by all products in the WTS series. In addition to DIN 56950-3, the series was designed for two different operating modes: mechanical and static operation. Therefore, two load ratings are specified in each case. In mechanical operation, the complete load is raised to its final position using the lift. In static operation, the lift is first brought into its working position without a load and securely locked. The actual load is then brought to the desired height using a manual or electric chain hoist. It combines two patented solutions, **DYNAMIC OVERLAP** and **WIRE DRIVE**, providing the user with a high level of operational safety. As a result, the lifts in this series already include almost all safety features specified by the new DIN 56950-3 standard. ### DYNAMIC OVERLAP Lifts are required to undergo testing at maximum load and with a 5° angle of inclination. Every model in the WTS range has passed this test. The patented DYNAMIC OVERLAP system reduces profile deflection and makes the lift considerably more robust. Instead of using identical overlaps between the individual telescopic sections, the system relies on different, specially calculated overlap dimensions. This improves the static strength of the lift, increases its performance and significantly enhances operating safety. ### L/20 horizontal test The lifts must also be tested with a horizontal force applied against the lift equal to one twentieth of the maximum load.
