Its cordless concept helps simplify event logistics, reduces installation time, lowers cabling costs and contributes to safer setups. The fixture uses robust, high-output RGBW LEDs designed for efficient long-term operation. Its rechargeable lithium battery technology is comparable to that used in many portable consumer products, including mobile phones. The lightweight battery can be recharged up to 2,000 times without memory effect or noticeable loss of capacity. GlowUp can be programmed in detail. Users can choose from a library of dozens of preset colours and several pre-programmed colour-changing sequences. Although the battery-powered design removes the need for mains cables and allows programming without wired connections, the unit can also be connected to the power supply and controlled via standard DMX cabling. An integrated wireless data receiver enables multiple fixtures to be synchronized without cables.
