Several robust professional hood flightcases with scissor hinges are for sale. Each case is designed for the protected transport of two 46-inch displays, including, for example, monitors from NEC, Samsung, LG, Panasonic and many other identical models. A total of 20 cases are available. Alternatively, the cases can also be offered with NEC Split-Wall displays. The construction comes from professional event and trade fair construction and is not comparable with simple DIY-store or hobby solutions. The original purchase price at the time was approximately €770 per unit. Thanks to their practical working height, the cases can be used not only for displays, but also as a counter, workbench, kitchen or work module. Larger roll cases for 60-, 65-, 98- and 103-inch displays are also available on request. Several cases can be stacked on top of one another. The hood cases offer numerous other possible uses. In the area of the butterfly fasteners, there is theoretically also the possibility of additionally locking them. Special construction feature During transport, the monitors do not rest directly and over their entire surface on the floor. Instead, they rest on the designated foam supports. This relieves the sensitive display surface and provides better protection against impacts. The two case halves can be conveniently folded apart via the sturdy hinge in the centre. This makes both inserting and removing the displays easier. Stackable Thanks to the integrated mounts for the castors, several cases can be placed neatly and securely on top of one another. This is particularly practical for storage, trade fair construction or transport in a lorry. (The maximum possible stacking height was not specified by the manufacturer and depends on the respective operating conditions.)
