As a DMX512 booster/splitter, it distributes the signal via ten galvanically isolated outputs and additionally provides a DMX-Thru connection. This makes it particularly suitable for touring, theatres, permanent installations and extensive DMX configurations. The unit is housed in a 19" rack format with one rack unit. Inputs and outputs are designed as 5-pin XLR connectors and are fully accessible from the front. Automatic adaptation to mains voltages from 85 to 264 V and the locking PowerCon power connection enable flexible and safe operation. Status LEDs provide information about the respective connections. In addition, a switchable DMX termination resistor, short-circuit protection and EMC filtering provide additional operational safety and stable signal transmission.
