For sale is a fully-fledged “men’s” horn-loaded PA system – known as the Fifty Line. The PA system comprises 4 x 18" subwoofers and 2 x top cabinets. The tops deliver enormous performance. For the low-mid range, each one uses 4 x 10" speakers. In addition, there are 2 x 1.4" drivers, each with a 3" voice coil, which together radiate into a large asymmetric horn. This is reminiscent of earlier horn-loaded MTL2 or MTL4 tops from Electro-Voice. The system plays with corresponding punch and develops a particularly powerful presence in the low-mids – entirely in the spirit of “in-your-face”. This makes it excellently suited to rock'n'roll. The system is designed as an uncomplicated plug-and-play system. The components can easily be stacked on top of one another, positioning the top cabinets directly at the appropriate height. Then simply link them through and get started. Two flybars for the tops are also included. The adjustment options on the speakers have been reduced to the essentials, but are completely sufficient for practical operation. This limits the risk of incorrect operation to a minimum. The system can also be configured via the Aurora software, adjusted using EQ, delay and level settings, and controlled and monitored remotely. The system comes from demonstration stock and shows slight signs of use. The grille on the top cabinet was removed solely for demonstration purposes for customers and for the pictures shown here.
