A versatile tool for lighting technicians, allowing systems and setups for DMX-controlled lighting to be measured, tested, and examined for faults. Operation is via a colour TFT touchscreen with six buttons. The device can be used for the following tasks: - Testing 3- and 5-pin cables - Testing MIDI signals - Monitoring and analysing signals - Programming sequences - Sending and receiving DMX signals - Use as an RDM controller This makes it suitable for dealing with most known problems related to DMX-512. The scope of delivery includes a transport bag as well as XLR adapters for 3- and 5-pin connections. Power is supplied via a 9-V battery or by USB. We tried out various DMX testers and ultimately decided internally as a company on a different model with a rechargeable battery. However, that was the only reason; otherwise, the device is top-notch. The sale is made as part of a B2B transaction without any further warranty. Only a functional warranty upon handover is granted.
